Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the WhoFib mobile application (the "App"). WhoFib is provided by the individual developer listed as the seller on the Apple App Store ("WhoFib", "we", "us", or "our"). The App Store product page displays the legal seller name associated with the Apple Developer account.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use WhoFib.
By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
The App
WhoFib is a mobile party game for entertainment.
License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code except where allowed by law.
- Use the App to violate any law or third-party right.
- Interfere with the App's security, operation, subscriptions, or technical restrictions.
- Use automated systems to access, test, scrape, or abuse the App.
Apple App Store Terms
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple Media Services Terms, Apple App Store rules, and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement available at:

Apple's standard End User License Agreement applies to your use of the App unless a valid custom license is provided. These Terms apply in addition to those Apple terms where permitted.
Apple is not responsible for providing support or maintenance for the App.
To the extent required by Apple terms, Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you.
Subscriptions
WhoFib may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium content and features. The App may also provide limited free access, and premium access may be required for certain content or features.
Available subscription plans, prices, trial availability, renewal terms, subscription periods, and local currency amounts are shown in the App and on the Apple purchase confirmation sheet before you confirm a purchase. If any in-app text differs from Apple's purchase confirmation sheet, Apple's purchase confirmation sheet controls before you buy.
Billing And Renewal
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple Account.
If you purchase a subscription:
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account.
- The subscription automatically renews for the same subscription period unless canceled before the renewal date according to Apple App Store rules.
- Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period according to Apple rules.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.
- If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid subscription.
- Introductory offers, free trials, eligibility, renewal timing, price changes, and grace periods are controlled by Apple and may vary by Apple Account, country, and App Store configuration.
- Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.
We do not process payment cards directly and cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policies. We do not control Apple's refund decisions.
If you request a refund from Apple, Apple may ask for consumption information to help evaluate the request. We or our service providers may provide Apple with limited subscription-related consumption, entitlement, delivery, and diagnostic information and let Apple make the refund decision.
By making in-app purchases, you consent to this limited sharing for refund review, subscription support, and fraud prevention purposes. We do not intentionally provide local app inputs or related app state for refund review.
We may change, add, remove, or modify free and premium features over time, provided that active subscribers continue to receive access to the subscription benefits offered for their plan during the paid subscription period as required by applicable law and App Store rules.
Local App Inputs
Local app inputs and related app state are primarily stored locally on your device to run the App. You are responsible for the information you enter.
Do not enter sensitive personal information, illegal material, or material that violates another person's rights.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, design, text, graphics, branding, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services for subscriptions, analytics, crash reporting, attribution, hosting, and support. These services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Availability And Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time.
We may release updates to fix bugs, improve performance, change content, or add or remove features.
We are not responsible if the App is unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, App Store availability, device compatibility, network issues, or events outside our control.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
- The App will meet your expectations.
- Any defects will be corrected.
- The App will be compatible with every device, operating system version, or region.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the App or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the App.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any law or third-party right.
- Local app inputs you enter into the App.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that may cause harm, legal risk, or technical disruption.
You may stop using the App at any time. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute-related provisions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region provide otherwise.
If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory rights under the laws of your country or region that cannot be limited by these Terms.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and may provide additional notice where required.
Your continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
