Summary
WhoFib is a mobile party game. The App does not require an account, does not include online multiplayer, and does not upload local app inputs or related app state to our servers.
We use a small number of third-party services to provide subscriptions, understand app performance, diagnose crashes, respond to support requests, and measure marketing attribution.
We do not intentionally collect local app inputs or related app state through analytics, crash reporting, attribution, or subscription services.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide
We may collect information you provide when you contact us for support, including:
- Your email address.
- Your message and any information you choose to include.
- Your Support ID.
- Device, app, and subscription details included in the support email or related diagnostic lookup.
Please do not include sensitive personal information in support messages or other information you choose to share with us unless it is necessary for your request.
Local App Data
The App may store local app inputs and related app state on your device during the app session.
This information is used to run the App on your device. We do not create a cloud account for it, and we do not intentionally upload local app inputs or related app state to our servers.
If you delete the App, local app data is deleted by the operating system.
Support ID
The App creates a locally generated install-scoped identifier for support and diagnostics.
We may attach the base support identifier to analytics, crash reports, purchase events, attribution events, and support communications so we can investigate support requests without requiring an account.
Purchase And Subscription Information
WhoFib offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple App Store in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple.
We use RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements, purchase status, restore purchases, and related subscription diagnostics. RevenueCat may process information such as:
- App User ID.
- Product identifiers.
- Subscription entitlement status.
- Purchase and restore events.
- App Store receipt or transaction-related information.
We do not receive your full payment card details.
If you request a refund from Apple, Apple may ask for consumption information to help evaluate the request. We or our service providers may provide limited subscription-related consumption, entitlement, delivery, and diagnostic information to Apple and let Apple make the refund decision. This information may include product identifier, transaction status, premium access state, Support ID or diagnostic identifier, and related purchase diagnostics. We do not intentionally provide local app inputs or related app state for refund review.
Analytics Information
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used and improve the experience. Analytics events may include:
- Session activity and feature usage.
- Purchase and subscription-related usage metrics.
- Device, app, approximate region, and diagnostic information.
We do not intentionally include local app inputs, related app state, or private support messages in analytics events.
Crash And Diagnostic Information
We use Firebase Crashlytics to detect and fix crashes and technical issues. Crash reports may include:
- Crash logs and stack traces.
- Device model.
- Operating system version.
- App version.
- Diagnostic identifiers.
- Support ID or related diagnostic identifiers.
Attribution And Marketing Information
We use AppsFlyer for attribution and marketing analytics. AppsFlyer helps us understand which marketing campaigns contributed to installs or app activity.
Depending on your device settings, consent choices, and Apple platform rules, attribution information may include:
- Install and app-open attribution.
- Campaign or media source information.
- Device and app information.
- Advertising-related identifiers where permitted.
- IP address or approximate location data used for attribution and fraud prevention.
The App requests App Tracking Transparency permission on first launch. If you allow tracking, we may use the Apple advertising identifier (IDFA) and related app events for attribution and marketing measurement. If you deny tracking permission, we will not access the IDFA and will use limited, aggregated, or privacy-preserving attribution methods where available.
You can manage tracking permission in iOS Settings.

Some attribution and analytics activity, especially use of advertising identifiers after App Tracking Transparency consent, may be considered "tracking," "sharing," or similar activity under Apple platform rules or privacy laws.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, to investigate fraud or security issues, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements.
Different categories of information may be retained for different periods depending on the nature of the information and the purpose for which it was collected. When the purpose is fulfilled, information is deleted or irreversibly anonymized where reasonably possible.
Local app inputs and related app state are stored locally on your device. We do not access or retain that information unless you choose to share it with us directly, such as in a support email. Local app data is removed when you delete the App.
Subscription, analytics, crash, and attribution data may be retained by our service providers according to their retention policies and our configuration.
We do not retain personal information that we directly control for more than five (5) years from collection unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
International Data Transfers
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country.
Where required, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms to protect transferred information.
